Training needs assessment
We review the organisation’s risk profile, team structure, plans and previous incidents before defining the session objectives. This keeps the training relevant to the participants and their actual responsibilities.

Crisis Management Centre designs practical training for executives, crisis teams and operational personnel. Sessions focus on the decisions participants may need to make, the information available at each stage and the coordination required across functions.
Training can be based on an existing crisis plan or used to identify what the organisation needs to develop.

Participants work through a structured scenario in facilitated stages. The exercise tests escalation, decision-making, communication, stakeholder coordination and the use of existing plans.
More complex simulations can include timed updates, media enquiries, stakeholder pressure, operational changes and incomplete or conflicting information. The scope is agreed in advance and adjusted to the experience of the participants.
Each session concludes with a facilitated review. We document observations, clarify lessons and identify changes required in plans, roles, training or supporting resources.
Participants may include board members, executives, operations teams, risk and security personnel, communications teams, legal advisers and business continuity staff.
A focused tabletop exercise may take several hours. A larger simulation may run for a full day or longer. The format depends on the objectives, number of participants and scenario complexity.
